Wordpress website vs online store

I've been running a vintage clothing operation on Instagram for a few months now with very positive results. I feel it is time to expand and invest in a website for my shoppers. I have some experience with wordpress and feel comfortable using it, so I figured I'd stick with what I know.

I noticed wordpress has an option for a built in online store (like shopify) and also an option for a general website. Is it worth it to invest in the online store, or am I better building my own website and applying plugins that help it function as a store?

wordpress and woocommerce, both free ( although some woocommerce addons may cost, but not generally needed ). Much more flexible and cheaper.
You can set up a store and have a blog on the same theme

I'd go with Wordpress and WooCommerce too. Never had any problems using them.

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like the woo commerce plug in is definitely my best option.
