Wordpress Web Designer For My New ClickBank Product

I am looking for a web designer (wordpress) that has experience creating sites for clickbank products. Not confirmed yet the number of pages, but the gist consists of:

Video Landing Page (name/email capture)
Sales Page
Downsell Page
Upsell Page
Affiliate Page
Terms of Use/Privacy Page/FAQ/Contact Us etc.
Thank You Page

Conversion tools - e.g. exit popup

Payment method: Through clickbank
Product delivery: Instant digital delivery after payment

If you have a creative side that would be a bonus as I would like help in actual design as well as coding.

I have a good designer working with me so I could cover design also. I have no experience in Clickbank but I am not afraid to learn (actually, I like to learn).

I have checked out few clickbank themes now and there is nothing that can't be done.
