Hello, is better to use Headless for seo or optimized Wordpress will get same results?

The question lies down on a couple of factors. Headless or no Headless doesn't really matter in terms of SEO.
The speed of the website matters. The TTFB matters. Etc.
Also if you go the headless route (whether through WordPress headless or something like Strapi), you must ensure your frontend layer is doing a proper SSR & all other SEO aspects are also in tact.
