wordpress vs cms

    i want to build a review portal but i couldnt decide what system yo use for it.

    what i want to know what do you think will be better wordpress or cms
    and if someone could recomend me about good cms in dot net it will be great

    I use wordpress for all my sites now. Use the all in one seo pack, and if you want to make the pages static theres a plugin for that. There are lots of plugins that can help (yet another related post plugin, sitemaps etc).

    you can do a lot with both...wordpress is easy to manage, easy to set up...but I think it may be limited more than what a cms like joomla is capable of...i use joomla on some of my sites and it has a lot of flexibility that allows me to build a bigger and more complex site than wordpress would allow me...of course, I have more experience with joomla so i am not at the same level of knowledge with wordpress...just my 2cents.
