Wordpress, no doubt.
Simply because wordpress have the ability to use plugins. Plugins that will post your content, make it unique, do onsite-seo, and so on.

Blogspot is really, really bad for autoblogging.
 
Wordpress without question, like Satyren said it has all the plugins available, it is without doubt the best blogging platform and also a good tool for CMS websites

wordpress, you can do a lot more things with wordpress than blogspot
 
If you're talking about wordpress.com versus blogger.com, the choice is blogger.

If you're talking about a self hosted wordpress blog versus blogger.com, the choice is a self hosted wordpress blog.

So....the best choice of all is a self hosted wordpress blog. That means you purchase the hosting, buy a domain and host the wordpress blog on your domain.

I don't use blogger or wordpress site for autoblog.

Reason is very simple. They can shut down your blog any time
if they feel that you breach their TOS. Imagine how painful it is
when you blog is already making money.
