wordpress viral quiz

So Wordpress Viral Quiz plugin allows you to force facebook share to see results but at the same time it doesnt have an option to turn off "Correct" when user picks correct answer and "Incorrect" when user picks wrong answer. So If I am making a Quiz site with bunch of 10 to 20 question quizzes by the time the user finishes the quiz they know exactly their score on the quiz and therfore i am guessing what would be the point to share to facebook to see results

Is there a way to modify the plugin so it doesn't do that and could someone like me that has never done anything close to modifying a plugin be able to accomplish this or should i pay someone to help me out?
