Wordpress Video Site

Hey,
Can you guys review the site videotix.com It's 3 months old and gets around 700 pageviews a day. I have used a script to get the videos from youtube and post it to the blog. I want to know how to further improve it. Please share your opinion.

Seo spiders can't crawl videos, flash, and jpgs. It's better to make a text tutorial website then add videos. Have the videos on youtube, daily motion, and vimeo for added traffic. In addition, tweet, and facebook.
