Wordpress User Permission Plugin to restrict posting to specific categories?

Hi friends,
I'm currently working on a wordpress project for a client and I'm looking for a user permission plugin.

There will be multiple users, however some of these users shall only be able to create posts and pages in specific categories.

Does anyone know a solution for that? None of the WP plugins I've found so far allows to restrict certain categories for users.
Paid / free doesn't matter.
