WordPress Unable to Pay with Stripe

I tried paying on my website to test it out, but it wasn't going through. I checked the status report on my WordPress for woo commerce and found this:

Shop base: #91 - /shop/
Cart: #92 - /cart/
Checkout: #93 - /checkout/
My account: Page visibility should be public
Terms and conditions: Page not set


Would this be the reason why I'm unable to pay? I'm still new to WordPress and need some advice. Where do I go to fix this?

Go to settings in woocommerce, allow my account page to visible and you need create new page about term and condition after that set it in woocommerce settings. It's hard for me to show you the details, cause I'm online in my phone now

And for Terms & Conditions, I already have that. How can I connect it to Woocomerce? Sorry for the newbie questions, I'm still new to WordPress and been using it for a week.
