You can, Adsense is in the above list and will generate revenue. There are many ways to make money from a Free Wordpress blog - just do a bit more lurking and you'll learn a whole bunch. Wordpress is as good as any other platform, it simply allows for very functional sites to be slapped together in a very short amount of time.

Thanks. But I did not understand the part "Then do a Wonder Wheel search..."? What does it mean and where shoud I do it? And is it ok to use only one category for a micro niche site and let google see that one category or should i chech to "no index" it? And what about tag-archives if a have plenty of them? Thanks again.

When you search at google any keyword,just look at th left side under the all results you will see wonder wheel.

This is good stuff, though not original. It's a Michelle MacPhearson article - you can find it with a quick google search. The best nugget that I pulled from that article was from a site visitor who commented on using Plugin Central to automate your WP plugin installation. I had not previously used it, but it is badass. I thought it couldn't get any easier to do fresh installs of WP with all the plugins... I was wrong.

Great info. This will definitely speed up my blog farming!
For the category - no index question, personally I would no-index parts I don't want Google to see (quite obvious hehehe), like "contact me" page for example. As for the tags, if you want people to find it from search engine, then "open" it.
