Which are the best wordpress themes with 3 columns ( Left and right sidebar with main column in center? My budget is $40-$50.If available for free please share the link...

I like the free Hueman theme. It has lots of features to customize the look and layout of the site.
Search google for "hueman theme" and you should get it.
and yes, its responsive too.

Look for these two, univermag and the frog. They are just in your budget, easily customizable and very clean theme.

From my experiment, 2 columns with sidebar on the right is the best. If you need 3, look for 1 body on the left and 2 sidebars on the right.

In my opinion is only one sidebar in right side. it's the better choice of all niche blogs
