Wordpress themes with top sticky menu and shopping cart?

Sorry I can't post in marketplace so I am posting here.

Does anyone know any wordpress themes with a top sticky menu and shopping cart? and with a right sidebar, so when a customer scrolls down the page, the top bar with the main menus and shopping cart stay static.

Why is it so hard to find a theme like this? I am willing to pay!!!!

You can use pretty much any wp commerce theme with a couple of plugins such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/lowermedia-sticky-js-menus/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-menu-bar-cart/ I haven't tested those plugins and you might be able to find some better ones if you keep digging
