wordpress theme vs elementor template kit

Hello, I am starting a NFT project for a customer. He wants a nice marketplace, but I can't choose between Wordpress Themes about NFTs or Elementor Templates Kit.
I'm quite good working with Elementor, it's been 5 years I use it, but I don't know how to edit Wordpress Themes.

By the way what would you choose?

Each option has pros and cons.
Classic templates are generally more stable over WP updates while elementor tend to break over time and require a higher maintenance.

On the other side templates tend to be not flexible and time consuming when you need to add new feats that dont come by default, while elementor kits have a lot of flexibility

It you find a perfect match in a classic template and you will not have much time to keep an eye on the page after updating the system, then go for it. Otherwise Elementor will provide you a much better experience specially if you dont excel in the front end development.

If you don't know wordpress php, it will be impossible for you to complete the project if all the functionalities are not covered by theme and plugins. So focus on functionalities the customer wants and find out the theme and plugins that will cover each and every functionality. Lock it down get sign off. No additions after that.
Then think about building site with that theme and plugins. Elementor templates will do nothing but mostly static pages and blog posts. Anything more you will need to go back to what I told you in the beginning.
So elementor templates are optional in such projects.
