I understand, but you'll learn far more from that annoying guy than you can on a forum thread, simply because you get the visual aspect of the guide.

Go to Appearance>Menus>Manage Locations or Menu Settings on the Menu page. From there, you can check a box next to "theme locations" that allows you to add your menu to different parts of your website (as many locations are your theme allows). You may have a "sidebar" location box checked off, so deselect and select the locations you want your menu displayed in.
If you're referring to your blog posts being full-width and getting rid of any sidebars you have, you can go to your theme options and find a section that allows you to edit your post/page layout (e.g., remove/add sidebars).

Each theme has it's own structure. First of all that you should do - check theme documentation

Highly recommend learning to do this if you are serious about being online at all in the IM industry. Since you started with a blog, it must have appealed to you somehow. If you cannot take the time to learn to make these customizations yourself, then you should reconsider the whole online thing.

Making it in this business is a lot of work, and one has to push oneself to achieve results. Watch the youtube videos even if you are made of money. Paying someone else to do the heavy lifting won't work when stuff actually gets heavy. These basic skills are just like anything that leads to success - they are the basic fundamental building blocks to your future. Don't try to run unless/until you can walk.
