    is there any theme that is similiar to 9gags or damn lol or fail blog. i have seen clones of those but i would rather get something more original and dont want to get sued.

    Go and Google the MeGusta theme for Wordpress..It's great and very similar, but even better than the clones IMO

    Why not look for a flexible WordPress Theme that you can customize? There are lots out there but if you are not a coder, I suggest using the Ultimate Blogging Theme 3.0
