I've had issues with themeforest professional themes lately.

I bought a newspaper theme and it was hacked in no time.

I removed timthumb but it was something else because it kept getting hacked again. Then I moved to my own theme. Not only did I lose time with the hacks, I had to create my own theme and still I paid for the pro theme.

It's not necessarily themeforest's fault but still I'd be careful.
