Wordpress theme editor - ThemeDreamer?

Does everyone use a dreamweaver plugin called ThemeDreamer? I am a dreamweaver user. If I have to edit my existing theme. There are two options. One is to upgrade to Dreamweaver CS5 and the other one is to purchase ThemeDreamer.

Before I make up my mind, I would like to know if any one can provide different solution to edit wordpress theme? Any idea?
