Wordpress theme editing

Hello, I want to edit my theme. I need someone who is knowledgeable about this and will do it properly. Payment will be made via payoneer. A simple operation I just want to change the appearance of the home page. It would be better if there is someone who has a good understanding of Flatsome theme.
