Everyone I downloaded a theme from download area..
    and used it...
its 3 column adsense /cb optimized theme....

Side columns are being displayed below the main area...instead on the side...
    (right side )

    earlier it was perfect..
    I havent done any modification...

what to do and where to edit.... I am new to this theme n php but I can manage editing php css files...with your help...

    thanks in advance.

    EDIT
I also want to add some(random from xml) text/link after every post on the main page itself....

or can we use this theme to create our own theme?
if some theme editing tutorials... are available then kindly share...

Have you added a new logo or something like that? I would suggest to download the Firefox extension Firebug and press F12 while you are on your site. You can then inspect every element on the site and change the values of the elements temporarily to see the effects.

I usually see the sidebar below the main content if a main content element is to large. You might want to experiment by either reducing large elements like images or videos in the main content or by reducing the size of the main content area slightly in the CSS stylesheet. Again, everything can be tested with Firebug before you start editing the theme files manually.

same css same logo image but the post page page shows everything correctly...

but the main page has following nested div

    >wrap
    >> header
    >> navigation
    >> content
    >>. footer

    and the post page has
    >wrap
    >> header
    >> navigation
    >> content
    >>. sidebar
    >footer
footer is out of the wrap div in post page css

    css file name is same...
