Wordpress Theme - Divi, Elementor, Kubio or other, what would you recommend?

I got a server package with WP installed but now its time to make a choise to buy the proper Theme to build the website.
Anyone with WP experience, what are your advice, which Theme works best and does not slow the website?

Type of website: typical adult website
- short (1-2min) video content streaming with BUY-Video button
- main page will show about 20-50 video-boxes listed (paginated infinite scrolling - automatic loading more video-boxes when scrolling down)
- some free space for adds
- member area to manage profile, ordered items, payment etc.

Elementor or generate press.

For your use case, I’d skip Divi and Kubio. Go with Bricks or Elementor Pro (with custom post type + ACF). Bricks is faster, cleaner.

Use WP Grid Builder for the video layout + infinite scroll. Add SureCart or EDD for buy buttons. Keep it lean, no bloated plugins.
