I need a freelancer that is good at designing wordpress themes.
Requirements:

• Experience
• A portfolio
• Paypal

I will give you the exact details after viewing your portfolio. But it is not anything super complicated, I am just not the artistic type.

EDIT: I will only need one theme as of right now but I will be requesting more later.
