Wordpress template error

I installed this theme chose the magazon-wp folder and installed it through ftp by putting it on wp-content,themes and activated the theme, after that I get these error below

Is these installed proper or is there something I must install for these error to not show up, Now the site won't even open it just shows the error a fix for these?

the error said in your theme folder there is a file called st-load.php could not be loaded. check the path.

Have you checked to see what's on line 7 of the given file?

The issue is in the theme. You can confirm this yourself by switching to the Twenty theme by renaming:

wp-content/themes/megazon-wp

to:

wp-content/themes/megazon-wp-old

using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. (courtesy of wordpress support forum)

Why must it be renamed to old. What are you trying to say?

How ro solve the theme issue?

Is your WP installation up to date? In the Magazon forum on themeforest somebody had the exact same problem that you have and they solved it by updating. The theme didn't work for WP installs older than version 3.5.
