I want higher a freelancer for develop a unique wordpress syntax highlight plugin according to my requirement. I want to use www.steamdev.com/snippet/ styles highlighter.

Feature which I need.
- Syntax highlighting short code icon in post visual editor for easily wrap the codes.
- Change/customize the snippet style in settings page.
- ZeroClipboard and popup option.
- Actively use at-least 3 different syntax highlighting styles in site (optional). Something like apply/add different styles in visual editor drop down menu.
After I develop this plugin, I want to install it all my blogs without any restriction.
