Wordpress subscription service website - tracking product sent

Hi all,
I am launching a subscription service website soon using Wordpress. However I am having trouble finding the platform that will track what product has already been shipped to them. For instance, I have I am in a sock club, they must use a service that tracks what pairs of socks they have already sent to me, that way they don't send the same pair again. I also emailed them and asked if all recipients receive the same pair every month and they said no. So they have some sort of tracking system?
