Wordpress SMS Plugin Recommendations?

Hey all, I'm in need of some advice, as I haven't quite found what I want yet:

I'm looking for a Wordpress plugin that can basically be used to SMS users. They would need to be sent notifications, for example to recover their password, as well as to receive updates from the site, or from Administrators when new content is added, etc.

It would also be nice to be able to select users individually, or as a group, and send them a message manually. They will all have inserted their phone number as a custom field when they registered.

Obviously I don't expect one plugin to have all these features, but if I can get something close to what I've specified, I'll make a plan. Any recommendations? I've looked at a few plugins, but they all seem to be lacking somewhat, and have non-English payment/registration pages.

i think something like this needs a special server software? I believe there is a reason a SMS costs the provider 0.001 cents

It's possible dude. Though, I assumed that because there are already WP plugins that sort of do what I need already, that my requirements wouldn't be totally ridiculous.

I don't mind paying for the actual sending of the SMS's obviously. I just need something that will handle the job nicely.
