Wordpress site repeatedly getting hacked

Thanks a lot guys. Its been more than 6 hours and after deleting those outdated files that were left behind in the plugins section, the hacking has stopped. Will continue to monitor this though. Thanks once again. Great advice and learned some new things about WP!!

to check is host security is just easy as upload php info (phpinfo()) script , most of hacked site came from exploited script ( in php) those ftp password,etc only happen in really stupid webmaster ...

your access.log is your friend from there you know what is happen, you can use simple command as grep for example ..if the the are still spawn drop me pm i'll check your site for free
