Wordpress Site Redesign

Hello, I have a WordPress Website with everything on and I want it to give a new look.
What I need:
- new LOGO;
- new arrangement and new look.

It is a website that sells services: kitesurf lessons, kites, and rental kite equipment.

If this goes well I have 2 more projects on WordPress as well.
