Hey guys, I need some advice.

I have a simple Wordpress site and I use the Ready Review theme.

I didn't login for quite some time, and now that I did I find 4 theme updates that I can or should do.

So I update the Ready Review theme thinking that after I do the other possible updates will disappear. However, they didn't.

And now I have this, and I'm not sure if I should update all of them or what??? Basically I'm worried that if I update all of them I will somehow mess up my site or something that will take me hours to fix...

Basically, I don't mind updating them all, but why does this even happen? I have 1 theme on my site, not four...

You are using a theme called ready review correct?

If so.... Then you dont need to update the twenty twelve, 13, 14 themes as you are not using them. Matter of fact go to your Appearance>>Themes and delete them. The only problem with updating your theme (Ready review) will be if you have made customisations to any of the files in editor. I imagine from the subject of your query that you probably haven't made this type of change, so go ahead and update your theme. Beforehand, it may be worth checking to see when the last Ready Review theme was made as you may have to update wordpress itself as well. Can you find out when the latest update (date) for teh ready review theme was?

Stupid question.

When there is a new WP update, automatically the default themes will do the same. Delete them.

Correct.

Awesome, I just deleted the extra themes which I'm not using and have never used. Thank you.

As far as the customizations in the editor, I did do one at some point. I removed a piece of code to stop the goddamn featured image from showing at the top of each of my posts. I remember I spent quite some time to figure out the solution, and I got worried I'm gonna have to look for the solution again because I couldn't remember what it is I did to fix it. Thankfully I saved instructions for what I did, so I fixed it now again after the update.

As I said, I didn't login for quite some time, so I had Wordpress update, plugins updates and the theme update to do. I updated wordpress first, then plugins, and lastly the theme. It's all good. The site is up and working properly, and everything has been updated.

Thanks a lot man. Much appreciated. :)
