Wordpress site mobile theme on subdomain syncing?

Hi guys have a happy sunday !

When I try to create a mobile versoion of my wordpess site on a subdomain- ok that is not so hard.
But the hardest part for me is how I sync the mobile version with my main site - so that the mobil esite ha sthe same content ?

Any tips? Any free plugins to setup this?
