Wordpress site hacked , any help ?

Hello guys hope you're all good ,

My site got hacked , to be precise i think my subdomain is te one tat got hacked .

i was using a week password thinking no one can take advantage of it , there a re lots of chinese pages on the subdomain , when i try to locate tem on cpanel i can't find them .

There are also spam pages on the main domain , however they're not chinese , they're english .

When i try to install a wordpress security plugin i can't , because it says the storage is full .

when i go to cpanel check storage it doesn't get displayed , it stays a blank page .

any suggestions please ? how can i locate the files and delete them so that i can install a plugin of security ?

This is the issue here they get your CPanel access so I think you need to reset the it, ask your Hosting Provider
 
When the hosting account's disk is full then there can be all kinds of weird errors and issues. cPanel needs to create a temporary file for some specific actions and if it cannot do that (storage is full) you will see error messages or blank pages and all kinds of stuff like that.

If you can open File Manager and see your files there, check out the error_log file in your domain's root directory. If it's big then delete it and that should give you some room to play with. If you have Softaculous backups or some backups by backup plugins stored, get rid of them as well.

Install a plugin like WordFence or Malcare to check for the source of this infection.
 
it is important to act quickly to resolve this issue, you should contact your hosting provider ASAP for help
 
UPDATE : I've contacted te osting provider , they weren't helpfull , i'm using a local hosting company in a third world country , service is not the best , i have used a FIVERR freelancer , paid 60$ , for cleaning up of the server for both main domain and subdomain , the guy was a pro and did things perfectly , thanks for all your replies guys

If the storage is full, delete unnecessary files through FTP or reach out to your host to clear it.
