I know there is a lot of controversy about siloing wordpress but do you know any theme or plugin to do it ?

Do a search "wordpress silo plugin" on google and you will find some.

There is a great plugin that Network Empire released few years back that is still effective...
It's called "simple silo plugin", and it's FREE.
The downside is that it's only a 2 levels silo...
The better version is the DWS silo builder with many features like contextual silo links etc.
