I think SEOPRESSER is a brilliant plugin for anyone trying to undertake good seo in wordpress.It shows you where all the various tags should be,lets you know if you have the correct keyword density and many other things for each individual post,culminating in an overall seo score.Try it.
Just to add guys,WP Syndicator is also an awesome plug in(Automatically syndicate your content, dominate the SERPs and explode your traffic.) and is worth looking at,syndicate old posts also with one click and shortens your links.
