Wordpress Self comment poster

People use self comment poster on their wordpress blog to make it look constantly updated and fresh. That is a great SEO approach and SE's love it.

I would like to know what tool or script allows us to do that? Which tool should i use in order to self comment on my wordpress blogs.

Any suggestion appreciated.
