Thanks - good info - I always change database prefix and use different admin with strong pass. I wonder how many of other ideas are needed if you have comments turned off. Do hackers just focus on blogs that allow comments?

put a .htaccess file into your wp-admin folder with allow "your-ip" block. That way only another person on your same isp can even see your wp-admin login page.
