Yes, I'd also recommend Wordfence. It is the best plugin that I used so far. I am talking about free plugins, of course.
 
Using Wordfence from last 1 week seems great plugin for WP security.
 
Wordfence is best if you can afford go with pro version.

Wordfence is pretty good. Key thing to remember is you need to use plugins that are active with support, Wordfence being one of them. Generally you only want to install the ones that you see have some type of following or track record. Don't go for the fly by night plugins created by developers who aren't serious and are just creating a plugin to say they've developed a Wordpress plugin before. WP Login Lockdown is also good. Be sure to search more on this forum and around the web in regards to further securing Wordpress through your htaccess files and so forth.

Wordfence security is best to go. It has good features such as remote scan, scheduling scan and country blocking. I suggest you to give a try for it.
 
Wordfence Security for WP is good in Security as well as free from cost. It doesn't slow down your site at anytime. There are more good features like this for this security plugin than others. If you want to know more, read the review on it.
