Wordpress script needed but not sure how to look for it

I am doing this website that solves a query, however, the answer to this question is different based on the users location, so I'm looking for a script, or plug-in that allows me to prompt the user to enter a country, zip, or whatever and then show results based of that.

Is this possible on a Wordpress plug-in?

Will this cost tons of money?

Any ideas on where to find this, or at least describe it shortly so that I can test my luck at search engines. (wordpress database plugin, etc all result in mysql databases related stuff)

Use GEOIP which has a free tier for country identification so your customers don't have to fill in that data. Hire a freelancer to write the PHP code for you.here on the hire a freelancer section.
