Wordpress RSS plugin

I have been looking around for a wordpress plugin that i can use to pull in RSS feeds from other sites. I want one that has flexiblity to filter the feed when it comes in. For example not just have the rss link but made a snippet from the link as well

Anyone know a good rss plugin that has some advanced editing / filtering capabilities in it to give more control over the feed ?
