Have you looked into feedburner? I have used this for a lot of different blogs and it works great. You can either do the RSS version or email subscription version.

i tried cybersyn but there is no option to change title and content, and this is very annoying for me because i have no influence to this and there are always links to foreign web sites, very annoying.

What you are looking for is called:
FeedWordPress

Version 2013.050

That powers UFOHQ - so I can say it works quite well...

Not a 5 min setup, but very powerful and reliable...
configurable too...
