Wordpress Redirect deleted Page Problem

Hi all,

i have a little problem with a duplicate content, because i have a redirect, which i will kill and i have no chance to kill.

So what i'm doing.

I have 2 posts with kw url like mydomain.com/kw
I will do this 2 posts to static page sites. But then i thought, when i make 20 static pages i have a to big list, so i will sort by groupos. i made a new page like health and did the 2 static pages parents to the health page and pinged them
Then i noted that my page is now like this mydomain.com/health/kw and all my backlinks are on mydomain.com/kw

So i delete the health page and did it back to mydomain.com/kw

But now google had indexed both versions

mydomain.com/kw
mydomain.com/health/kw

But everytime i go to mydomain.com/health/kw its redirected to mydomain.com/kw

I tried to install the sitemap plugin and in the sitemap the health version isn't.

I disabled by all in one seo the canonical urls, but no difference. I search in the database, but found the health/kw, but i found not the page id from my kw page.

I hope anyone can give me a tip, how i can delete this permanent redirect.

I have also tried the Permalink Migrator, but no difference. I think this work just for blogs.
