Wordpress recurring payments

WooCommerce suitable for recurring payments membership on an wordpress site?
It's for an social media agency.

Users should be able after they log in to see support tickets etc.

Yes Woocommerce can do that tho you will need the addon plugins they offer.

• For recurring payments you need their subscription plugin, with that you can also install their payment gateway plugins of choice
• The membership plugin is also useful if you want to lock specific services to subscription plan.
• For support tickets they also have another plugin called "WooCommerce Freshdesk"

However in my personal opinion, I would rather deal with a social media agency that doesn't use wordpress.

That integrates with WooCommerce.

Not to forget, your payment gateway should accept recurring billing to be able to authorize payments on a recurring basis.

They're called as Premium plugin for a reason but if you can spend some time and know how to use https://www.blackhatworld.com/search/ in BHW., you can get both plugins for FREE.

Depending on where you source them from yes/no.

Since you're asking here in regards to these I would personally suggest you purchase them from the original vendors mostly because you get premium support from them in case you run into issues which is very likely if you don't have php debug knowledge.

If you would like to take another path then you can just use a free plugin from wp store which integrated paypal subscription button and that will allow you to process automatic payments.
