If you're using a block editor then you should be able to click the images and click the link button like this and add a href to the URL you're looking to direct to man

Oooh, Font Awesome plugin allows that buddy; otherwise editing the HTML of your block can allow for SVG's to be used as icons - have a look at these for that example:
