Wordpress question

Hi, I apologise if this is the wrong section, I didn't know which one to put it in.

I installed some Tidio live chat code in wordpress a few months ago, and now I want to take the live chat off the website.

The only problem is, I cannot find the code, so I can't remove it.

Does anyone know if there's a quick way to locate it/where it'd usually be? I'm pretty unfamiliar with the custom coding part.

In my shopify stores the code is usually in the header section, so check your header in wp.

chances are you put the code in the header file.

If you go to appearance and then theme editor and then find the header file you can look there.

Also there could be a customize your theme tab as well depending on what you are using and it could have a header section there or a code section to input your code for the chat into it
