My site display https:/mydomain.com But I want to change to some thing else .
where can I change this?

It's the first one under general settings called Site Title.

Goto https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

Yes it works But it also display on the left site menu.

That's how it's supposed to work. If you don't want to see the site title in the left side menu(WP Admin Bar), install uBlock origin chrome extension and goto the extension's options and add the following code under "My Filters"
