Wordpress question about login

Sup Fellas,

Im trying to have this setup on my site:

Have ONLY a login box on the home page (got that done)
when somone logs in, he will be redirected to his own page, ex.

when a user named "shoes" login he will be redirected to a "www.xx.com/shoes"

I will manually open these accounts my self and create a page for each account


Anyone has any idea how this can be done on wordpress?
