Wordpress Query on Post title

I Just made a new site.

But Every Inner page in google displays as
"New diseases in 2012 | Medical Treatment"
"Causes of Cancer | Medical Treatment"

Someway, i need to remove the "Medical treatment" displaying on google Search engine.

How is it possible?

Are you using all in one seo plugin?

Make sure the title property is %post_title% instead of %post_title%|%blog name% in the all in one seo settings page. Remove |%title% or whatever it is from everything there.
