I need some help with my wordpress site, I have made nave bar links but I have run out of space, I need to now put the rest on the sidebar, how do I do this without them going on the Navbar also?

Create a new menu, call it side bar. Add your pages to the new menu then save. Now, you should be able to select which menu you want to use as the sidebar under appearance - widgets (i think) select 'Sidebar'

You might need to resize the entire width of the page to get it to fit. Maybe try changing font sizes?

if you are using wp_list_cat, then you should have option for include and exclude. Play with it ;-)
