WordPress Problem...

    Hey guys, although I been on BH and been doing SEO for quiet some time i never got involved with blogging aspect, but tonight I decided to try it out, so I found so nice video posting and blog posting software plug-ins, made my wp account, but the thing is....the plug-ins menu is missing in my sidebar of wp menu....I spend about an hour researching it and looking for it...for some reason I dont have it...anybody can guide me on the right path? lol.

    Is your site hosted by a blog provider e.g: wordpress.org? If so they probably don't want you using your own plugins. If you host it yourself somewhere then you can have complete control.

    I am a bit confused, because from all the tutorials I researched on they are loggin in from their main wp panel and have the side bar going on for it. can someone explain that a bit better?
