wordpress problem seo

Hello,

I have a little problem with my wordpress
Saturday i was started to create a website in wordpress , yesterday i fininish , i install some widget and ultimate seo

When i go to google webmaster to submit sitemap surprise he tell me sitemap contains url blocked by robots.txt , ok i modifi some things in ultimate seo and i resubmit , same thing i receive error again.. , i delete that ultimate seo and robots.txt and sitemap and i install sitemap wordpress to create other sitemap , i submit again to google , again i receive error again... what is the problem please

Please help me..

Check the links in the sitemap manually and make a new robots.txt file that only contains the default WP rules.
