Wordpress plugins help

So I am setting up a one page site, with few pictures, a video,some links and some text...nothing complicated.
Im wondering what plugins come in handy with making such sites?
Any plugins that help me with video resizing and managing, adding links to images and stuff like that would be helpful.

What theme are you using, the freely available ones would require an seo plugin to enable you to customize your meta tags, as well as a couple more here and there. But for a one pager, you could even do without any plugins really!

Well im using Thematic theme.... not sure how much on page seo do i need since i never done it before, but if you know more about it please add me on sk ype - maheeer242
