That's what I came on here to look for.
I have used All-in-One SEO and it does pretty good. My WP experience has been limited so hopefully others will chime in with some real winners.

It's a combo of both. All in One is going to handle your title, metas and k/w but SEOPressor handles the onpage optimization like H1, alt tags, etc. I have a video review I did on youtube if you want to see it just PM me.

Dude im dealing with WP for long time All in one seo is the best plugin you need in order to start what else you looking for ? let me know i will give you some more tips for WP .....
